TIPS: After use, soak the nozzle in cold water if used for Royal Icing and in warm water if used for butter based icing. Rinse under running tap. Do not use toothpick or any pointed metal to clean the icing off the nozzle. Wash the plastic parts in warm water. Do not immerse in hot or boiling water.

Noor Icing Nozzles are made form brass with collar rings. They are manufactured with utmost precision so as to give any decoration the clear outline of pattern which makes it into a work of distinction. The patterns made by nozzles can be varied according to the angle at which the nozzle is held and the amount of pressure used on the handle of the syringe or the bag. Moving speed and direction also varies the pattern - for instance,a zig zag movement with a star nozzle gives cable effect.
